Design research and exploration

We designed, specified, and developed a dedicated digital platform for Econt’s social responsibility initiative, "Куриери на Бъдеще" — a long-term donation and support program aimed at empowering meaningful causes and community-driven projects. The platform was envisioned as a transparent, accessible, and user-centric space where individuals, organizations, and institutions could both apply for support and contribute to impactful initiatives.

The project began with in-depth workshops and strategic planning sessions alongside Econt’s CSR and communications teams. Together, we outlined the platform's mission, user personas, workflows, and administrative needs. Based on this foundation, we delivered a comprehensive technical and functional specification that covered all user journeys, moderation flows, content management, and impact reporting.

We then developed a custom-built web platform with a strong focus on usability, trust, and transparency. Key features include a multi-step application process for funding, public voting capabilities, detailed project profiles, real-time progress tracking, and a robust admin panel for content and donation management. The platform is fully responsive and aligns with Econt’s brand values and visual identity.

With Couriers of the Future, Econt has established a meaningful digital bridge between communities and opportunities, enabling long-term societal impact and reinforcing its role as a responsible and future-focused company.
